Stage 1 course (Krav Maga Intro Course)

The stage 1 course is a practical, hands on introduction to Krav Maga and its basic principles. It also prepares students to join the ranks of our intermediate level classes.

Students will finish this course with a good understanding and practical experience on how to effectively deal with a violent attack in a realistic manner.

This course is suitable for anyone who is new to Krav Maga. We have had many people who were completely new to martial arts complete this course as well as many black belts and instructors from other systems.

In this 8 session course you will learn

* Combatives and striking
* Releases from common grabs (including chokes and holds)
* Defending against an unarmed attacker
* Defending against knives
* Defending against multiple attackers
* Determination training
* Krav Maga tactics

Important: These courses often fill up and must be booked and payed for in advance. This can be done online by credit card. Alternatively, cash and cheque payment can be arranged by visting our centre during training hours at least one week prior to the start of the course.
